simply complete an activity in GoldMine to generate a billable charge. Charge
details such as labor, product sales, reimbursable expenses, and billable
expenses are automatically associated with GoldMine contacts and optionally
linked to GoldMine Projects.
The Relatia Time and Billing Report tool provides an intuitive command center
where charge details are organized according to billing status and
customer/project. More importantly, with the click of a button, professional
charge detail summaries can be printed for each customer. Once billed, time and
billing information is automatically added to the customer’s history allowing
customer service history and past service notes to be available for review by
