The Relatia Time and Billing solution is focused on 3 key areas:

Project Time and Expense Tracking
Extend GoldMine’s powerful sales automation tools to include Relatia’s time and expense tracking functions. Relatia Time and Billing streamlines the process of time and expense tracking by giving field service personnel the ability to remotely add their time and expense details into GoldMine -- without connecting to a server or the Internet. Field service personnel simply pull up the client contact record in GoldMine and add time and expense details to the record by using Relatia’s proprietary Time and Billing Interface. The Information is automatically synchronized with GoldMine for use with Relatia’s powerful billing report tool. Time and expense details can also be linked to a GoldMine Project for better organization of the company's service efforts.

Client Management
Adding Relatia’s time and Billing module to GoldMine creates a truly comprehensive Customer/Client Relationship Management infrastructure. Relatia’s Time and Expense information is integrated with general GoldMine client data, making it easy for company managers to see what hours have been worked on clients' accounts, what services have been rendered, and what expenses have occurred. With the addition of Relatia’s billing information to GoldMine's existing historical data, everyone in the company has instant access to a complete and comprehensive snapshot of customer and client interaction including work performed and products delivered.
